Micro Encapsulated Monosodium Phosphate or Sodium Phosphate Monobasic is manufactured by spraying suitable coating material on well sized particles of the core product being encapsulated. Wurster coating is a very precise way of coating any material and it is extensively used in pharmaceutical industry. We use only pure grade of the active product suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industry. Monosodium Phosphate is used in water treatment, where it is used for prevention of plumbosolvency. The addition of phosphate at the water treatment works creates a lead-phosphate coating on the inside of lead pipes. This acts as a protective coating and prevents lead from leaching into the water supply. Encapsulation makes Monosodium Phosphate to release slowly, over a long period of time. you can call it a slow release or sustained relase or extended release Monosodium Phosphate.
