Encapsulated Malic Acid
We manufacture Encapsulated Malic Acid by wurster coating process.
Micro Encapsulated Malic Acid is manufactured by spraying suitable coating material on well sized particles of the core product being encapsulated. Wurster coating is a very precise way of coating any material and it is extensively used in pharmaceutical industry. We use only pure grade of the active product suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industry.
Specfications of Encapsulated Malic Acid:
Assay of Malic Acid: 80-85% (or as required)
Percentage of Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Coating: 15-20%
Lead: Not more than 2 mg/kg.
Residue on Ignition: Not more than 0.1%.
Water: Not more than 0.5%.
